David Spriggs is the founder of DMS Real Estate, Inc. and manages its day-to-day operations. These duties include handling Letter of Intent and lease negotiations, working closely with third party brokers, negotiating loan terms, coordinating capital improvements and tenant improvements, and overseeing acquisitions and dispositions.  Separately, David operates DMS Management, LLC, which provides in-house property management services.

Prior to fully launching DMS Real Estate, Inc., David worked as a retail real estate broker and represented a wide range of national and local retailers, including in part Tractor Supply, Brakes Plus, Advance Auto, Discount Tire, Sport Clips, Sally Beauty, and Larkburger.

David is a Denver native who graduated Regis Jesuit High School in 2002 prior to attending and then graduating from Babson College in Wellesley, MA in 2006.

These duties include coordinating third party contractor services, handling the Letter of Intent and lease negotiations, providing oversight of the property management, negotiating loan terms, and overseeing the acquisition/ disposition services.

Through a focused, team- based approach, David ensures that each property achieves its strategic financial goals. Prior to fully launching DMS Real Estate, Inc., David Spriggs was a Managing Director of retail brokerage and multifamily acquisitions at Miller Frishman Group. David focused on tenant representation, landlord representation, and development/ acquisition services for a wide range of retail tenants, landlords, and developers. David worked with a wide range of national and retail retailers, including in part Tractor Supply, Brakes Plus, Advance Auto, Discount Tire, Sport Clips, Sally Beauty, and Larkburger.

In addition to retail brokerage services, David worked closely with Andy Miller and David Frishman on the sourcing, underwriting, and acquisition of multiple multifamily properties. These properties included in part Brigham Woods in Augusta, GA, Reserve at Saratoga in Corpus Christi, TX, and Willow Lakes in Port Arthur, TX.

David started his real estate career in 2005, working for Timberline Commercial Real Estate. David helped oversee marketing for development projects and the analysis of the retail market. In 2006, David worked at Legend Retail Group, specializing in retail brokerage as a tenant representative and landlord representative. Significant achievements while at Legend Retail Group include a feature article in the Denver Business Journal for the leasing and sale of Arbor Village Phase I and Phase II in Arvada, CO. David took the property from 70% leased to 100% leased in a “down market” and helped with the disposition of the fully leased assets. This created a significant value for the Landlords.
